The project is a new construction which is an office building of 93,602 m2 which accommodates nearly 600 federal government employees. Leased to the government for a minimum period of 20 years, the project was carried out according to the "design-build" principle. The project aims for LEED 2009 CS Gold and LEED 2009 CI Gold certification. Particular attention was paid to energy efficiency and the recovery of heat released by air conditioning systems. A dedicated air unit supplies monozone systems for increased occupant comfort.
